Homefront Health Care

Homefront is a non-profit JCAHO accredited home health care provider that has been caring for chronically ill elderly, adults, and children since 1966. Certified nursing assistants and homemakers provide assistance with personal care and homemaking tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. Nurses provide medication management to elderly and disabled, and respite care for mothers with technology-dependent children. Lifeline emergency response units are also available. Offices in Woonsocket, Providence, Warwick, and Westerly enable Homefront to serve all of Rhode Island except the Newport area. As a member of the United Way Fund, some services may be available on a sliding-fee basis.
