areLink, founded in 1997, is a non-profit management service organization.  CareLink was founded through historic collaboration between four of Rhode Island’s premier not-for-profit elder care providers.  Saint Antoine Residence, Steere House, the Scandinavian Home and the Saint Elizabeth Community have partnered in a unique arrangement to take advantage of collaborative opportunities, strategic innovations and with the intent of providing high quality senior care throughout the state of Rhode Island.

To meet the goal of providing high quality, integrated care, CareLink expanded membership to include partners with proven excellence in providing community care.  The network represents independent housing, supported housing, nursing home care, skilled and specialty units, behavioral health and substance abuse, Medicare certified home care, personal care chore services, adult day health programming and emergency response systems.
